Bombshell Strong is a Women’s only Strength and Conditioning program. This program focuses on building strength and endurance in an encouraging environment. It is a one hour class that incorporates weight training and conditioning using dumbbells, kettlebells, wallballs, tires, ropes, and more. You will run, row, jump, squat, push, pull, and move your body the way it was designed to move. 

Bombshell Strong is a community of women working together and pushing one another.  The program is for all levels of fitness and can be modified to fit everyone.  Throughout Bombshell Strong you will set personal goals and work hand in hand with your coaches to achieve these goals.  Bombshell Strong is coached and programmed by women for women to guide and challenge you to be the best version of yourself.
