Our facility offers a 4500 square foot warehouse located on Centennial Park Drive in Carson City, Nevada. The facility is not a typical gym. It is designed around functional movements utilizing your body as the primary source of training. We have minimal machines or stationary equipment, we focus on the natural movement of your body.
