Our Additional Programming options are designed for members who enjoy training and want more flexibility in how they improve their fitness.

These programs work well alongside regular CrossFit classes, but they can also be used on their own depending on your schedule and goals. Some focus on simple, effective conditioning sessions that require little or no equipment — great for travel, busy days, or quick workouts at home. Others offer structured training cycles that help you build strength, improve specific skills, or address weaknesses over time.

Many athletes use these workouts during open gym, while traveling, or whenever they want to add something extra to their training week. They’re also a great way to mix things up when you’re looking for a change of pace from your normal routine.

The goal of Additional Programming is simple: give our members more ways to stay consistent, challenge themselves, and keep progressing while still staying connected to the training style and philosophy of our gym.
