May Happenings: Murph is coming! If you’ve never done Murph, it is a workout normally performed around Memorial Weekend. It is in honor of Lt Michael Murphy. We will be doing Murph on Saturday 25th. We will have a brunch potluck to follow. No Yoga on 25th, Murph to start at 9AM.  Month of May is Protein Month. We are challenging everyone to increase their protein intake every day. This nutrition challenge is only to focus on increasing your protein-that’s it! Keeping it simple. It will be from May 6th-31.
