Yoga enhances your CrossFit training by offering you more flexibility, strength, and balance. While also helping to prevent injury, and enhance your mental focus. A regular practice can train your muscles and tendons to stabilize the joints which will help you avoid injuries.  Yoga also gives you time to relax and recover from the high intensity workouts of CrossFit.

 

We offer both Yoga & Mobility classes at Silver Strike CrossFit. 

Tuesday & Thursday 5:30am – Rise & Shine light Flow Yoga

Monday & Wednesday 5:30pm – Athlete Yoga  

Tuesday & Thursday 6:30pm – Athlete Yoga  

Saturday 10:00am – Mobility / Get Smashed with Beth
