We opened in 2015, proud native Nevadans and family owned. This is the community that raised us, is raising our children, and we are passionate about bringing overall health and wellness to the city we love. Our number one focus is quality movement and health. We specialize in working with those that are brand new to exercise and moving their bodies. We are highly experienced working with previous injury. We want to keep all of us moving through every decade of life with strength. We have worked hard to cultivate an environment that is welcoming to all skill levels.

Our facility is not like a typical gym, but don’t let that fool you. Our 3600sq ft building has everything you need for us to help you get you fit. Our facility is filled with all the top of line gym equipment. We are family friendly, we have a children’s room stocked with toys and Netflix for your little one, all in your line of sight while working out. Plenty of parking and space to make it easy to find us and get to working out.
