This bootcamp is designed with every athlete at any level in mind to help create a consistent workout schedule to develop and hone your fitness. You get 3 classes a week (with the option to attend any other class time available at Silver Strike CrossFit including yoga and TRX), meal plans with nutritional guidance from trainers, tips to help you eat better, pre and post 8 week body composition evaluations, accountability check ins.
