January Happenings: 

**Thank you to everyone who donated and helped the kids we adopted over Christmas. We were able to buy for all 8 kids and get everything on their lists. You made Christmas very special for 8 kids who otherwise wouldn’t have had. We are so proud of our community. 

**Congrats to Sarah Hyatt and Mike Dolan for winning Santa Slay. We hope everyone had fun this year, we know we did!

**This month’s challenge is strict pullups. Are you still working on getting those? Then work on negatives! If you have your stricts nailed, add some weight! Spice it up or pare it down to fit your needs. Ask a coach if you need guidance.
