December Happenings:

**Santa Slay, our in house competition starts on December 9th! Last day to sign up is December 7th. If you ordered a shirt, it should be here the first week of the competition. Please see info inclosed about this fun competition. 

**We are adopting 8 kids this year from Angel Tree. In years past we have been able to get everything on their lists thanks to our generous members, if you want to donate to the kids this year, please contact Heather or Mike. Sometimes the kids will ask for something as simple as socks, let’s make sure we can really make their Christmas special! There is still time to donate! 

**We will have one class on Christmas Eve at 9AM. We will be closed on Christmas. We will have one class on New Years Eve at 9AM, and closed on New Years Day. 

**December challenge is minutes spent Farmer Carrying. We want this to be very challenging, we are shooting for 70% of your body weight if you are a woman, and 100% of your body weight if you are a man. If you aren’t quite at those numbers yet, then pick a challenging weight for you, this shouldn’t something you can do in your sleep! Record time spent doing farmer carries.
