May Happenings: 
Murph is coming! If you’ve never done Murph, it is a workout normally performed around Memorial Weekend. It is in honor of Lt Michael Murphy. We will be doing Murph on Saturday 25th. We will have a brunch potluck to follow. No Yoga on 25th, Murph to start at 9AM. 

Month of May is Protein Month. We are challenging everyone to increase their protein intake every day. This nutrition challenge is only to focus on increasing your protein-that’s it! Keeping it simple. It will be from May 6th-31. We will send out meal plans, helpful hints on how to increase your protein. There will be a follow up email with more detail. This is just a helpful way to tweak our diets for the better!

May monthly challenge is triceps! You can do this un-weighted as triceps dips, or weighted as tricep kickbacks or skullcrushers.
