8 Week Bootcamp

We are starting a new class! A bootcamp class is beginning with coach Priscilla.  If you struggle to find your consistency in your fitness, if you struggle to find healthy/easy food options, if you struggle with what to do to make significant changes, and you feel like you cannot do it on your own. THIS CLASS IS FOR YOU.

This will be M/W/F at 5:30 PM (CrossFit classes will be on T/TH at 5:30).

This class will be a diverse hour mixed with isolated strength section and HIIT workouts.

If CrossFit is your typical workout, this will still challenge you and be a needed addition by focusing on accessory and core muscles.

These are 8 weeks tracks that will include a meal plan, measurements, and accountability.
