July is grip strength! You will measure in minutes how long you hang on the rig or grip two weights if you cannot hang on the rig. Record your accumulative time on the back wall! You can also add a challenge of also recording your longest hang. 

Discomfort is your friend. When we understand what it takes to be consistent in our workouts, we embrace that being uncomfortable is the way. Here’s a great video about being consistent and taking care of ourselves. If you feel that you need help being consistent or making a change, we are here for you. Reach out.
